The Power of VulnerabilityThe Power of Vulnerability (video)

Brené Brown studies human connection-- our ability to empathize, belong, and love. Her studies focus on vulnerability, courage, authenticity, and shame
(ted.com 6/5/12).

Heart's Electromagnetic FieldHeart's Electromagnetic Field (info)

"The heart’s electromagnetic field--by far the most powerful rhythmic field produced by the human body--not only envelops every cell of the body but also extends out in all directions into the space around us. The cardiac field can be measured several feet away from the body by sensitive devices."

So, what you feel in your heart may also be felt by those around you. Your heart also has the ability to create balance and harmony in your "body's mental, emotional, and physical systems." You can test this with the exercise below.

In addition, research suggests that "the heart’s field is an important carrier of information"
and it is theorized that the heart's brain may actually communicate with our head's brain first and not vice versa!

      Ask and Receive

Ask & Receive (tool)

Why:  Use "this simple process to ask for changes in every part of your life"

What:
It is an "exciting new health discovery that uses the power of your unlimited being to allow you to ask for what you want in your life and have it"

How:   Repeat the statements below, fill in the blank with what you want or an affirmation.
  • "There is a part of my being that already knows        (e.g., how to feel good)       ."
  • "That part of my being is willing to inform the rest of me now."
  • "It is doing so now with grace and ease."
  • “My mind, body and spirit are receiving the information.”
  • "Information transfer is now complete."

 Concepts:

  • "Higher States of our consciousness always have the answers. They always have a bigger picture - a higher perspective
  • We do not always have access to this information
  • Ask and Receive gives us a way to directly get higher states knowledge.
  • Ask & Receive uses the power of the word.
  • Trauma creates limiting beliefs that continue to run our lives.
    • In Ask & Receive we unhook past traumas from current reality."
